All orders over $75 ship free in the United States

Tracking & Notices

RecordsofRy processes and ships out orders once a week. Once the item has been dropped off at the Post Office, you will receive a notice in your email including a tracking number unless your item has otherwise specified. There is no tracking on orders that only include stickers, magnets, pins, etc. These products that do not have tracking will be specified in the product details. You will still receive notice that they have been dropped off.

I appreciate your patience with your orders, as I print, pack, and ship everything myself.

Domestic Orders

Please allow 2-14 days for your order to ship after your order has been placed. This shipping time is dependent on your local postal services and may fluctuate. These times do not include weekends.

International Orders

Unfortunately, this option is not yet available. This is still up and coming so check back soon!

Lost or Misplaced Orders

After RecordsofRy processes and drops the order off at the Post Office we are no longer held accountable for what takes place after. No refunds will be issued if lost in transit.

Please contact USPS to initiate a missing mail search request.

Mistyped Customer Info

If customer information has been incorrectly inputted, RecordsofRy cannot take responsibility for incorrect information applied during checkout. If the order is redirected back to me, you will have to repay the shipping fee to send it back. I will contact you via the email applied at checkout, if there is no response after 30 days the item will be relisted on my page.

Please make sure you input an email address you will respond to, RecordsofRy will not send any promotional content on any emails applied during checkout!

Please contact me if this situation does happen. I will do my best to rectify the issue, but I can not do anything after you get the confirmation your order has been shipped. I have a contact section on my website, please title this situation “URGENT- ADDRESS CORRECTION.”

Please keep in mind the earlier the notice the better, I am the sole owner and need time to adjust and correct the order if I’m able to.

With that being said, please check and double-check that you have entered the correct information at checkout. Even with a notice that you have mistyped your information, there is still no guarantee that RecordsofRy will be able to fix this issue.

Multi-Item Orders

RecordsofRy packages may arrive at separate times and in separate packages due to item measurement, separate fulfillment locations, and your local courier services.

Please know that your items are en route! They are not forgotten! Please just give some time for these items to arrive. Every order that is submitted, will be processed.

Other Notes

Again, if there are any questions, feel free to contact me. I currently am working a full-time job on top of running RecordsofRy. The goal is to eventually direct my full-time to my art business, but financially that is something not quite possible yet.

Please keep in mind that I am only one person, and it’s possible to make mistakes. I want this to be an efficient, fun, and friendly business. If there are any issues, please contact me- the kinder you are the easier it will be to mend any issues.

Currently, I operate Monday-Friday and respond within 24-72 hours.
