Returns

Currently, all sales are final. If there are any issues with the product you receive, please contact me, and we will work together to find a solution. I want to fix any problems that I can. For more in-depth explanations, please visit my “Shipping" Policies to see if your question can be answered there.

Exchanges

This option is not viable for originals and prints. If your print happens to be defective, contact me with your first and last name, order number, and picture of the print. I print, pack, and ship all items out, so I will typically know what your product looks like before it gets to you.

This option will however be available for clothing items (not tote bags). As long as the item that has been sent back to me is in its original packaging, with stickers/tags attached, and in the same condition as it was originally shipped in.

Extra Notes

As a sole owner of RecordsofRy, there is only so much I can feasibly do. I would love to make everyone happy, but in this world, that’s something not necessarily realistic. Please know I will work with you on any issues, and just know kindness goes a long way.

Eventually, returns could be something in the future, but as an independent, startup artist, that’s not financially realistic at this time.
